Terms and Conditions

  • The customer verifies the vehicle is free of content. 
  • No delivery time is guaranteed.  All delivery dates are only estimates (delays may occur).
  • No auto rental will be honored.
  • Transporter is not responsible for damage caused by leaking fluids, industrial fall out, or acts of mother nature.
  • Transporter is not responsible for any mechanical   problems.
  • Transporter is not responsible for damage that results from tie downs breaking or tearing.
  • Customer is responsible for preparing the vehicle for transport.  All loose items, fragile, low hanging spoilers, etc must be removed and properly secured.  Customer is responsible for any part of the vehicle that falls off during transportation and any damage it may cause.
  • Customer is responsible for disarming any alarm  system installed in the vehicle.
  • Transporter is not responsible for convertible tops that are loose, torn or have visible wear.
  • In the event the customer is absent, the customer  must designate a person to act as their agent.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to have the full   payment when the transporter arrives.
  • All payments must be in the form of cash, cashier's check, or money order.  NO PERSONAL CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED.
  • Should the customer be unable to accept delivery for any reason, the vehicle will be placed in storage at the customer's cost.
  • Customer agrees that their vehicle is insured and their insurance has primary responsibility.
  • Should the vehicle become inoperative for any reason during transportation, a charge of $100 will be added onto the transportation costs.  
  • Customer understands the vehicle is being shipped on an open trailer, and therefore situations outside the transporter's control may happen.  
  • Damages must be noted on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery.  A claim for damage not documented on the Bill of Lading will not be honored.
